1995 Chevy S-10 Engine stalls

When I start my truck it will idle fine for about 10 mins then stall out hard. When I drive it it will not go for more than a mile before complete power loss and eventually stalling out. Also when the engine is revved up it almost sounds like a steady burping noise. The fuel pump, filter, mapp sensor have all been replaced. The catalytic converter does not glow red. Unfortunatley the thing you hook up to the computer doesnt work never has but the problem has just started recently. At first it would just stall out every now and then I would have to leave it sit for 15mins-2hours then it would drive fine i'm am fairly ignorant when it comes to cars but I am mechanically inclined.
