I have a 1994 chevy s10 that has been sitting in this ladys yard for like 18 months and im in the process of getting it fixed up and put back on the road for her however I hve ran in to a problem that I am haveing a hard time solving. Well the truck was sitting on a hill leaning with two flat tires and a dead battery so I replaced the battery and tires andd got it on level ground andit stated up and ran fine but after having put in a new radiator in it now the vehicle will not start so I went round where I worked and checked to make sure I hadnot knocked any wires loose and everythig is fin to my knowledge wit the electrical so I went to the fuel and I put $13 worth of gas in it bc I checked the tank and I was emty and figuredit was just running off of fumes well that didnt work either so I hve replaedthe fuel filter and have put special treatment fluids in the gas tank and water remover as well and the problem is still not solved. I am unemployed and I have not the kind of money to continu puttng into the vehicle and pay somebody to fix it so I am trying to do everythin myself the vehicle turns over but after sittig there for a while it starts and veryquickly sputters out and then it just turns over and doesnt start up. I hv basic knwledge of cars but not on problem solving and where to go to on a issue like this so any info will be very helpful thank u very much and I hope u can hlp me solve my problem

It pobably ran out of fuel an dburnt up the fuel pump. So you probably need a new pump, but check to see if you have fuel pressure first If it's a TBI unit yo must have 11# of pressure.
