1993 Chevy S-10 rough idle, stalling, check engine light.

After a 300 mile trip the check engine light came on about 60 miles to the end of destination. Coming into town stopped to get gas and truck would barely start. It idled real rough and didnt feel like it wanted to accelerate. It kicks real hard into second but drives fine after your above about 20 mph. At every light or stop sign it feels like it wants to die. Just recently replaced fuel filter, fuel pump, fuel injectors, air filter, spark plugs, spark plug wires. Was driving fine until the 300 miles trip. Any ideas?

The egr valve, pcv valve and map sensor. Also do a good throttle body cleaning
