I have 1993 s10 blazer with 4.3 engine. When I start it it idles very ruff. It smell sometimes of raw gas. When starting to take off from a stop position. It appears to be flooding, but once I get going it appears to run ok until I get to a stop light and then the ruff ideling and flooding starts again. It a real pain in the BUTT to drive in town

If you are not getting any ECM error codes, inspect the fuel pressure regulator vacuum line on the fuel rail. If there is fuel in the vacuum line then the FPR diaphram is ruptured and would need to be replaced.
