1992 Chevy S-10 Vehicle won't start

My battery is fully charged. Try starting the truck -nothing happen - no noise
Is it the starter or something else.

Hi
First check the connections at the battery and then check the power wire going to the starter and see if you have a good connection, and if so you may have a bad starter.
