1991 Chevy S-10 want idle

1991 Chevy S-10 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

4.3 will not idle have checked throttle position for correct voltage, changed the spark control module ignition module, checked for vacuum leaks, checked map air sensor changed erg valve, replaced plugs and wires. This has straightened out the rough running above idle but it still wont idle what could be causing this please

Hi:

How did you check the items listed? Do you have a scan tool? Also, have you checked the intake or Throttle body for air leaks?

One thing you might check, IAC (Idle Air Control) valve.
Remove it, look at the tip and the spring, if these are fouled, or the pin won't push in or looks likes it's already in and won't pull out it, it needs replaced.
It's right behind the TPS
