1991 Chevy S-10 dont understand

I had the truck break down and wouldnt start then got it started was running like the timing was off check engine light was on had it checked so the codes are 32 33 34 42 so I replaced the egr and the map sensor still not starting and shoots flames out of the fuel injection wat is going on

Hi well I don't want to say for sure but it sounds like you have a bad cam in that motor if it not out of time and its shooting flames out of the injectors thats what it sounds like is the problem.
