Something to check:
With the engine cold, open the cap, then start and run at idle for several minutes. Turn the engine off then put the cap back on, restart and idle your engine, if you still have the leak, you may need to get some "stop leak".
Some of the radiators were made with ABS tops and bottoms molded onto the core, the seams tend to leak under to much pressure.
Next time you top off, turn the engine off before you put the cap back on. Put an 8psi cap on if you have a higher rated one on now.
