The temperature gauge is at the highest point. I have recently replaced the thermostat and all water hoses. Radiator level is full.

Explain a little more does the car overheat quickly. Is there excessive pressure in the collant system, or gray smoke exiting the exhaust.

Vehicle overheats is about 15 to 20 minutes after running, and there is a little white smoke coming from exhaust.

Sounds like it could be a cracked head or gasket. Allow the truck to warm and squeeze the radiator hose slightly and you should feel coolant movement. If so you know that everything is working to cool the motor but since the gasket is broken (unlikley) or the head is cracked (likley).
