Electrical problem
1991 Chevy S-10 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have 1991 checvy s10 v6 truck with analog instrument panel. The temp gauge jumps all the way to max and back down (fluxuates) and sometimes stays locked in high temp setting the check gauges light. I have replaced all temp sender and sensors with no cure. I pulled the sender to temp gauge connector but get he same intermittent issue. I was only come to a result of temp gauge drivers or temp gauge. Other gauges are fine. What is the path I should take? Will happy to contribute and pass to other people if I get results !

If you tested the wiring too and it contimues to do that-you engine temperature gauge could be a voltage problem or out of calibration

I checked the wiring to the firewall, I have not checked it to the instrument panel. This is a analog gauge not digital. There are electronic drivers to drive all analog gauges but I find it funny that if I remove the temperature switch the temp gauge still bounces up and down when I hit bumps in the road. The gage should not do anything based on the factory manual. Have you ever heard of this intermittent issue?
