how many o2 sensors does my car have and if their is more than one where are they located

Two, one upstream, located before convertor and downstream, located after convertor (or at end of convertor). They are in exhaust system, they screw into "bungs" welded into exhaust pipe.

There are special sockets available to remove them, or use a closed end 6pt wrench (you will have to thread wiring harness through the closed end of wrench.
