91 S10 Blazer 100K 4.3 V6
Transmission seems to slip while in Lock up in 3rd and 4th. Vibration also. If I he the brake to turn off lockup the is no slippage. Can I disconect the lock up?

You may have damage rear clutch causing slipping and vibration when your transmission is shift into any two forward gears.
do you have vibration when slippage stops?
or both them stop?

Vibration stops when the Trans go out of lockup but stays in either 3rd or 4th. Nor slippage at that time.

you have a slipping rear cutch problem.
the transmission may need to be remove to repair or replace the rear clutch.
ask your mechanic to perform a pressure test for comfirmation.
