1999 Other Chevrolet Models won't start

I was driving along and motor died, now it will not start, turns over

Hello, what is the vehicle model? Do you think the theft system may be causing a problem, where applicable?

Do some of the basic tests, have a helper crank it, while you check for spark at the plugs and injector pulse. Check fuel pressure, is the fuel pump running, initial prime?
