When shifting into 4 wheel the transfer case seems to engage fine but the front wheels dont seem to turn, I have tested this by parking on ice and trying to spin the front tires, they wont spin. Also the speedometer, odomiter and tripometer dont work I have checked all fuses and all seem fine. By the way hubs are auto locking. There is a lever to engage (not push button) all info would be helpfull thank you

Here's one way to check.
Jack up the rear (both tires), and crawl under with it in 4WD, KOEO (key on engine off) and turn the front (or rear) driveshaft.
If the u-jts at the axles aren't spinnin' there may be an "axle disconnect" with a failed actuater (looks like a dildo) that sticks in the pass side of axle housing - has to heat up a gas/expand.
If they ARE spinning (or one is) - replace broken "auto" hubs w/ after-market "manual".
These are both common problems to check for first.
Speedo - visual check - look for damage at the t'case rear output housing - whether a cable or electrical. Otherwise I'm not familiar w/ system.
