Hello, first off you guys have the best site online, period.

I have a 1967 Chevy C-10 with a 350 V8. I am rebuilding the Q jet on this truck and I am stuck. I have the carb fully rebuilt and it's perfect but the chock linkage does not work. I see the linkage goes down inside the carb case but the electic chock does not work. The electric choke works fine but the linkage to the choke is unhooked. How the hell do you connect this small plate to the linkage inside the carb? You cant see it, and this is really got me puzzled. I would really appreciate some help. Thanks and keep up the great work. You guys rock

there should be a couple of scres to take the choke off and then when you get it off take you time and hook the rod back to the lever. you wont have to pull the carb off, just the air cleaner. Make sure that rod is connected to the plate aswell. and then when you get it back together make sure you have juice going to yur choke all the time. If the choke is bad auto parts stores have them. they are universal but all are the same size.
