This happens for two main reasons. First there is something in the filler neck like a leaf or debris and that is causing the fuel to backup in the filler neck and shut the pump off.
Do determine if this is the issue we need to simply look down the neck with a light or a borescope if you can't see down there very well.
The next likely cause of this is to check the charcoal canister to see if this is full of fuel or has any raw fuel in it.
If it does then we need to replace it as this will cause the pump to think the fuel vapor is backing up and shut the pump off.

Let's tackle these couple things and see if we can find any issues.
