Just to add, engine cranking, do you have spark at the plugs?

Put fuel in the throttle body to see if it runs also. You need to check the fuel pump fuse and for fuel pump pressure as jdl said.

If you unplug the fuel pump relay, does terminal B1 have voltage, should be hot all the time, note diagram. Use a voltage tester to check for voltage. If you use a jumper wire between terminals B1 and A3, where the relay plugs in, the pump should run. You don't need to use the key. If it won't run, check voltage and ground at fuel pump motor connector. Gray wire is voltage, black is ground. With engine cranking, if you have good voltage and ground at the fuel pump, with no pump action, suspect the pump.
