1995 CHEVROLET MONTE CARLO
But still have to use ether to start! Where could the problem lie! I have just replaced that gas tank, fuel pump and filter on my 1995 chevy monte carlo. And am still having the problem of no fire and have to use ether to start the car. Am running low on funds with all the repair already done and now the mechanic wants to explore and that is even more unforeseen cost I don't have. Please. Please help!

Did the mechanic diagit before you did the tank? If he did and was wrong, he is liable there.
Did you check the fuses for the injectors? Did you do a fuel pressure test?

Hello I will do all that now with your help please, am not sure what fuse to look for, and how to properly do a pressure test. Just ran to store and now the car is shutting off randomly.

Just checked the fuses and they looked good! Called the mechanic about the pressure test and he said that couldn't be the problem cause it was good. I don't know just feel as if I am a house payment for someone!

When it stalls, you need to find out if it loosing spark or fuel. That will lead us in the right direction to come to a conclusion
