Engine Cooling problem
2001 Chevy Monte Carlo Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My wife's car just had the radiator and a faulty hose replaced after it ran hot. She drove it home today and it was running hot. When she checked the engine, the coolant had leaked out, and the top for the tank felt like it had been reapplied very loosely. We think it is just the top but wonder if it could still be leaking.

hopefully they put a new radiator in it. if a tank top is loose, then it's faulty. But you may have blown the head gasket or one of the hoses that were replaced is still loose. Have it pressure checked that should show any leak...
