One day my car started just fine the next it wouldn not it wouldn't even crank. When you turn the key the security light comes on solid for about 5 seconds them the battery light fo 5 seconds & they switch back & forth. I think there might be a problem eith the starting relay or fuel system I tried to hot wire starter with key in on position it starts & runs for 1-2 seconds and it stalls like the fuel system is disabled I tried putting in a used cyl & housing that I I'm not sure if it is good or not & it didn't change anything. I also heard about a problem with the instrament cluster problems. Could that be the problem

IT sounds like the security system is shutting it down. There is a sensor in the key that is recognized by the car. If there is a break down between them, this is what happens. I recommend taking the car to a dealership to have it checkd. They have the proper test equipment for checking the system. Most regular shops will not have it.
