I am hearing a thumping noise under the front end especially, when I hit the brakes. My cylinders have been changed and a brake caliber on the drivers side has been replaced but, brake disk were still in good shape. What else could be wrong?

Do you feel the thumping in the steering, floor...? Have the tires been checked to make sure there isn't a shifted belt?
