My wiring harness was cut for the stereo and now I am trying to reinstall it

I prefer to use the heatshrink tubing that has a solder portion in the middle.

I have the heatshink stuff but I don't know what wires go were as I installed it but I have to turn my dashlighs low to hear the music.

So what do you have to work with. Not sure what you need. Do you have the original connector?

The original connector was cut in my car so I found a connector and trying to hook it up to the wires so I can connect that to the after market wire harness

Aftermarket versus OEM.

You'll need the diagram of the radio and a diagram of the electrical system.

IF the the radio is OEM. The manual in my signature should have it. If not the manufacture of the radio will be able to supply it plus the car's wiring diagram to match it to from the mentioned link.
