I changed my battery and now my radio doesn't work. I bought the car used from a dealer 5 years ago. How do I get my stereo to work again.

Hello,
GM used an anti-theft device on these vehicles so when the power gets disconnected the radio locks.
Sometimes you will have to call the dealer with your VIN to get a unlock code. Other times it can be done with out dealer assistance.
I have attached step by step procedure for unlocking the radio.
If the display showing LOC then you should be able to use this process.
