1998 Chevy Lumina Overheating

I have a 1998 Chev Lumina that over heats. I have replaced the radiator, thermostat, waterpump, taken it clear down to the block and checked the water jackets and just cleaned everything checked the heads and put it back together and the same thing happends, it just flat will not circulate the water and cool.

How exactly did you "check" the heads?
Did you send them out to a machine shop? Did you replace the head bolts when you put it back together?

No I checked for cracks and used the oln head bolts no one said anything about putting new head bolts in

You just wasted a bunch of time then. You can't see problems in the head with your naked eye. It HAS to be checked by a machine shop. They also would have informed you that those head bolts are "torque to yield" bolts that stretch and are one time use.
