Recently my fuel pump went out on me, I have had this problem before and replaced it and everything ran fine again. But this time my fuel system wont pressurise. I got over half a tank of gas in it, I replace the fuel pump perfectly and all connections are good. Relay & fuse are both good, but when I turn the key on the fuel pump runs but the system does not pressurise. What could be causing this to happen?

I'd use a gage and check fuel pressure. If you take the supply line loose from fuel filter and aim into proper size container. If you cycle the key, any gas? Keeping a fire extingusher handy isn't a bad idea. Gas fumes in an enclosed area isn't a good idea.
