Leaking tranny pan

I changed my transmission filter and gasket the other day and it has been leaking a little. Is it because I didn't use any cement on the gasket? Or do I need to tighten the bolts?

I dont recomend using gasket maker on transmission pans. The most likely cause is that you have over tightend the bolts and have damaged the gasket.....
