2005 Chevy Impala V6 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 61365 miles

I was driving 65mph and suddenly my speedometer went from 65 to 120 and over I stop and turn my car off and the speed arrow stay on 45 what can be wrong and what can I do to fix it.

You need to replace the instrument cluster.
