Left rear turn signal bulb needs replacing. However, how does this assembly get taken off? You take out the interior wing nuts, pull back trunk liner, undo those wingnuts, and then what? Unfortunately for me, 1st chevy and am not familiar with what should be a simple fix. Cannot believe I have to ask. Please help. It is snowing here and I must get this tended to asap.

Hi:
If you remove all of the wing nuts, just push outward on the studs and it should push out.

Let me know if this works for you.

Thanks Joe-it worked just fine. Appreciated your assistance. Wanted to make sure before I made the attempt to push out, all would be okay. It is freezing cold outside-no garage-did not want any surprises with the taillight assembly. Thanks again!
