I need to run 4 large wires (strobes) through the firewall, I can see a few places where wires are run through but all are innaccesible from one side or the other, I have removed the dash, radio, consoles, glove box, and have found nothing, is there somewhere else I should be looking or do I need to drill a hole

You will need to drill a hole. Be sure to seal the hole with a marine grade silicone sealer after the wires are through.

Thanks! I drilled the hole, below the glovebox area, I had to cut out a small portion of the really thick 2 layer insulation around the area that I have never seen before, any idea on where I can buy some to patch it? Or should I not even worry about it as I am going to be COATING it in rtv sillicone, thanks again!

I wouldn't worry about the insulation. The silicone should seal everything up.
