This winter I turend my windsheild wipers on when they were frozen to the windsheild. Naturally, the wipers should go down below the window when they are shut off. Now, when I shut them off they go all the way to the up position and stop. It seems like they are confused and dont know where the shut off position is. Is this a problem where I will need a new motor or is the motor just out of a-line?
