Windshield wipers remain stuck in up position. Can push down but once ignition is turnedon they go back up and stay that way obstructing the drivers view. I'm thinking motor, just got car 2 months ago from one owner.

there is a part in the wiper module that brings the wipers to the park position. I dont remember what they call it but your local dealer will have a listing for the part. they are not bad to put in. let me know what you find out
