Check the fuel pressure and also if the choke plate is closing creating a rich mixture

I think this guide will be best

Pressure good choke is open, seems to be flooding when sitting about 10 minutes. Couple hours later the engine will start and run perfect no hesitation when stepping on gas. Once warm and I shut motor down and try to restart 10 minutes later the problem comes back. I could shut car down when warm and restart right away with no issues. The car has to sit at least 10 minutes for problem to happen, thanks

Inspect the float system could be the needle valve or the float has a pin leak-out of adjustment

Ok thanks for suggestions, I decided to replace carb. When replacing carb noticed previous owner(jacka**) wired positive wire for choke to the positive wire of ignition coil. Which is a no no and perhaps I should of checked for this but didn't, I also replaced cap, rotor, fuel and vacuum lines. So far good.
Thanks again

The car started fine two weeks ago. No changes to it since. The two year old fuel pump is okay. I checked three plug wires at the distributor with a timing light and all three indicated a spark. I do not know how strong the spark is. I find it hard to believe that the whole distributor/wire/plug system deteriorated so much in two weeks that it will not even come close to starting. I tried pouring a little gas and/or starting fluid in the carburetor without result.

I have a Stingray. I have replaced all the wiring harness with new, new neutral safety switch, has a new battery, starter is good. I turn the key and nothing, not even a click. I am at a loss as to what it could be. Please help

Recheck your work and make sure purple wire is connected to "S" terminal on starter solenoid. Check all fuses and then disconnect tachometer wire at distributor.
