1995 Chevy Corsica 6 cyl Automatic

My dome lights were out so I replaced them with new ones. The lights won't come on. Unless it's the fuse, I don't know what it is. Can you tell me where the fuse is for the dome lights. I've checked the fuses in the fuse box near the dashboard. All appear to be good. What now?

You should be able to turn on the dome lite with the lite switch? Can you check the wiring to the dome lite socket, one is B+, the other ground.

You have to check that the fuse circuit has voltage when it should, some fuse circuits are hot all the time, some go hot when you turn on the key. Even if the fuse is ok, without voltage at the circuit, it won't matter.
