just a quick question see if anyone can help me out

was driving on the highway and the car started dieing out like it was out of fuel(but not) and slowly lost power until it stalled. For the most part it just kept turning over when I tried to start it. I got it to start a few times but it would just sputter out.

would this be fuel pump issue?

shoudl I replace rebuild?

Thanks

It sounds like a pump or plugged fuel filter. To be sure, check fuel pump pressure. Here is a how to for checking it:

Let me know what you find.
