I just recently replaced my distributor cap and rotor and the wires and the spark plugs and my truck ram fine. Then it started lacking power when I try to move. I had my injectors cleaned but its still slow. It will start and idle fine but when I put it in gear and try to move it will stall now even if the throttle is on the floor and clutch is only about halfway out. Any ideas? Also it backfires after about 15 minutes of driving. It started out backfiring out of the exhaust but now it will backfire out of the manifolds and exhaust. Any ideas?

Could be a lot of things, but sounds like a clogged CAT. It will cause excessive backpressure, in extreme cases it will build up enough pressure to cause exhaust valve to not close.

Either remove CAT and inspect or perform a CAT backpressure test.

Check fuel pressure with mechanical gauge, if OK, then it is ignition (timing), or more serious like a valve/lifter.
