do you have check engine light or service engine soon

You should scan for codes

you replaced the map sensor did you check the vacuum on it
Check the vacuum

Start from the basic
Fuel pressure and fuel flow
Spark weak or strong
Compression is it ok
After you cover all basics and all ok
You check EGR and its operation
Sensors and malfunctions by scanning ECM
Check fuel pressure and the tps

hows your tune up?
