2004 Chevy Cavalier

My information shows the same fuse controls voltage for stop/tail/turn and license plate lamp, so if the fuse was blowed, I don't think the other circuits would work. They use the same ground also.

You need to check for voltage and ground at the bulb socket for license plate. My info shows brown wire is voltage and black wire is ground.
