My windows will go down but I can't always get them to go back up. Would this be a problem with my electric motor or relay?

Hello, feel of the power window circuit breaker when trying to go up, is it hot? Either a problem with the window motor or something is putting a big load on it. I'm talking about a single window, here. How many windows are you having trouble with and which ones?
