Where is the neutral safety switch on my car and how do you get to it? When you put the key in the ignition and turn it on it wont start. All of the lights, radio, and everything else works fine. I just had a new battery replaced in it too.

Park Neutral position switch is located on top of trans axle here is a guide to help you test it.

Check out the diagrams (Below)

Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Also other possibilities here could be the crank fuse 10 amp and the crank relay to include the ignition switch.

Try manually engaging the starter by shorting out the purple wire and the battery wire on the starter-if it cranks over-check and test the above mentioned.

Have you check to make sure the Battery is good? If it is the original battery it could have a bad cell. For which the battery may be fully charged, however if the Cold Cranking Amps are to low it will not engage the starter.

No backup lights - have you checked the Bulbs?

The Park / Neutral Position Switch (Safety Switch) is located on the top of the transaxle.

If you have a manual transmission you don't have a neutral switch. You would have a clutch switch near the clutch pedal instead.
