Electrical problem
2000 Chevy Cavalier Engine Size unknown Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 70000 miles

I had my stop light (brake)switch replaced, fuse checked, bulbs checked and my turn signals work and third light works. But still my brake light do not.
The switch has power but from there back to the brake lights there is no power/juice. Any suggestions? Thank you.

You need to test the Hazard/Turn/Headlamp switch -the power from the brake switch white wire goes to HTH switch then to the bulb sockets-

The switch has power but from there back to the brake lights there is no power/juice-if its a ground problem the turn signal wil not operate or the tail lights. Power has to come out from the HTH switch to power the brake circuit. As for repair costs it varies with location
