This car is still running hot. And belive it or not it seems to run hotter when I turn on the heater. I have also noticed some grey smoke coming out of the tail pipe. Have you replaced the radiator hoses? This may sound stupid, but I've seen weak radiator hoses collapse when under a vacuum from the pump (lower hose) causing the flow of coolant to basically stop. It's worth looking at since there is really nothing else to replace. Also, is the car running good? Does the timing seem ok?

I have looked at all hoses all seem to be ok. But now it is making a knocking noise from the motor. Not sure what to do at this point. I have spent 3000 on the repair for this car and have found that none has fixed the problems.

Hi:
If you're getting a knock from the engine, check the oil to make sure collant isn't getting into the crankcase. Let me know what you find.

It sounds like there is a head / gasket problem again which may be causing other problems for you.
