Hi, did you use a testlite on the applicable fuses? One end of testlite grounds to vehicle chassis, metal part. The pointed end of testlite touch to bare spot over each fuse leg, shouldn't need to remove fuse. If the testlite comes on at each fuse bare spot, the fuse is good and the circuit has voltage. A couple of the fuse circuits are hot all the time. One goes hot when you turn on the key, to test that one, the key has to be on.
Does the high-mount brake lite work and the lower ones don't?
