I drive a '97 Chevy Cavalier, and just recently it was hit 'n' run'd. The front right bumper is dented pretty bad, and the running light is smashed too. The front right turning light no longer works, and the back right blinks way too quickly. On top of all this, parts and pieces of plastic and metal hang from the bottom, and when I take corners I hear scraping noises. I'm just wondering how much $$ it will cost to repair the whole thing?

Most body shops will give free quotes on doing a job like this. Go to multipe well known collision repair shops that have good reputations and get quotes. Don't expect a small bill though, just having a part of a vehicle painted usually runs in the $1,000's alone for paint/labor.

Just a little F.Y.I. :

The light which is flashing quickly is just communication between the vehicle's computer and the vehicle itself, letting you know that one of the bulbs is not working properly. In this case, it would be the busted light that you mentioned that is causing the quick flashing of the rear light.
