where is it located and how do you adjust it and ensure it is working properly, and replace it if necessary.

it is located by the throttle body. does it seem it takes to much to push it down. it may have come apart by its mounting bracket. they are located back by the fire wall towards the passenger side. sometimes they have a black plastic cover covering them.
