Ok, my car has Water in the spark plug holes and not in the oil, Does this mean its not the head gasket? I know a bit about cars but nothing like this, The car just spit and sputtered then stopped running, Could ti be a simple hose? Or maybe it ran hot and the water had nowhere to go and forced itself in the spark plug holes? I'm not sure, And advice would be nice, thanks ahead of time.

IT's probably not running because the wires are shorting from the water. You need to blow out the water and get it dry. Pull off the wires and make sure they are dry as well.
Pull a plug and make sure the plug is clean. IF not pul them, clean or replace them and re-gap and reinstall. Spray some wd-40 into the wires before reattaching them. I think it should start if I'm right.

Make sure your coolant level is good. Start it and observe what is happening. Watch to see where the water is coming from. I can't say I have seen this other than when a pinhole is spraying coolant at that area.
