1998 Chevy Camaro Engine Died Help me!

Yesterday, my Camaro made the noise like knocking at start but not to loud. And I drive 30 Miles on freeway and noise was getting louder and finally when I arrived my garage, it's like metalic noise from bearing or head. And I tried to find out sound source with idling and suddenly engine was shut down and it won't restart.
I did oil change 1 week ago with syntheric old and it run very well and engine sound was so smooth.

You are not telling if the car cranks at all. Does the starter turns the engine? If not, you probably threw a rod. This can happen even if you take care of your car; you have plently of miles on that engine.
If it cranks and has fuel coming from pump, and you had no more noise, you have something else going on.
