1997 Camaro V6 30000 Mileages Automatic

Hi there I have a Chevrolet Camaro 1997 V6 engine 30000 mileages. The car is all fine but when I start from first gear and it reachs to secound or thrid gear it starts slight jerking and continues till I press race and it goes to third or fourth gear. Kindly answer my question.
My secound quetsion is this car does't have Exhaust System. Do I really need to have install one?

First it is illegal to remove the cat converter, and yes the engine needs the backpressure created by the exhaust system to run properly. Have you ever tuned it up?

No I just bought it few days back and I only changed the engine oil and filter. But please answer my question why it is jerking?

A- Tune up
B- Fuel Pressure
C- put the exhaust back on it
