1992 Chevy Camaro losses power when check egine light pops

1992 Chevy Camaro 6 cyl Automatic

Just gave 1992 Camaro RS a tune-up. Having problems with maintaining power. What would cause the car seem like it is starving for fuel? Put a fuel pump in last year and new fuel filter on last week. Changed plugs and wires also and now I'm stumped.

Need to check ECM for codes locate ALDL underdash see diagram

place jumper wire from A to B term. Key on no start MIL will flash so flash, flash, pause flash = 21.
