1987 Chevy Camaro car won't start

I filled up my gas tank and car would not start again,i replaced fuel filter,ign.control module,spark plugs,roter,my car still won't crank it sounds like it really wants to,but does not,i sprayed starting fluid in troddle body still won't start!!! what else can i do i'm a single mother of 3 barly making it,i'm doing all repairs myself,and i'm not a mechanic
