Engine Mechanical problem
1971 Chevy Camaro V8

I had the crankshaft turned at a motor shop in order to rebuild the engine. They turned it 10-10. I think that means they took the basic.010 off. I'm not sure what size main and rod bearings I need to order. Catalogs offer stock and undersize bearings. Does undersize mean for an undersized crank? It seems like I would need oversized bearings to compensate for the crank being turned. Its my first engine build. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Youll need undersize bearings. To measure you need to use plastigage. Take it to the place you had do it along with the block and pistons and the end caps and the main caps and have them measure it for you. Tell them youll buy from them and they should be more then glad to help.
